I was the drama instructor for the Variety Boys and Girls Club Queens in Long Island City, NY. In the Fall, we did an original production called UGLY DUCKLING'S REVENGE - a collaboratively written piece with the students and I - and in the Spring, a full production of ALICE IN WONDERLAND.

Attended social justice theater workshop in San Francisco through Marin Shakespeare company, learning how to do therapeutic theater workshops with prisoners. This kick-butt company broke barriers by casting a former incarcerated person in a production of Othello! click here for more info!

I was also a youth mentor through Michigan State University's Adolescent Diversion Project
